A leading client is looking for a Desktop support analyst, you will have experience in the following:
Supporting the Windows 2000*XP workstation user community.
Maintaining*upgrading the central Windows 2000 server pool in Bracknell.
Performing daytime helpdesk shifts where necessary.
Assisting the other members of the IT department.
Liasing with the global Windows 2000*AD team to work as a team and promote standards
Maintaining the local site Windows 2000*AD documentation
Any experience with the following is a bonus not a must have:
Siebel client installation support * resolving ticket issues * server task administration
